Absolutly NO parties or third-party visitors allowed. Registered guests only! This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record voices) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at Miracle Creek at any time.
Cancellation Policy
** By booking your reservation you are acknowledging to have read, understood, and agree to the house rules, release and waiver. You are also responsible for ensuring that everyone in your group is aware, understands, and agrees to the rules as well. **
Must follow all house rules, must sign rental agreement after booking, must fill out and submit security hold that will be placed 2 days prior and released 7 days after departure if no theft or damages have been reported.

Your home is beautiful. You spared no expense designing this cabin. The Bark walls, entire tree trucks, all of it! We enjoyed the sound of the water. Boating and swimming Blue Ridge lake and Carters lakes. Having my husbands 40th birthday party in the bank vault at General Ledger!! Thank you so much.
